Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
I encountered several issues . The TV in my room didn't work, and there was no hot water available in the shower, made things quite uncomfortable. There were no small towels, and the breakfast options were limited, with just waffles and old oatmeal.

Not the cleanest stay
We were pretty disappointed with our stay. The bathroom had hairs everywhere and just felt unclean. There was also a weird smell in the room. I mean, the location was cool and easy to get to, but cleanliness is key, right? At least the breakfast area looked nice, even tho we didn't get any food.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room, clean and nicely updated. The facility was inviting, and we enjoyed the spacious layout with air conditioning and a tea maker. Breakfast options were plentiful and offered a great start to the day.

Couple expecting more
We thought it was gonna be a romantic getaway for my anniversary, but we got there and found out locals can't stay. It was like a slap in the face you know, when all hotels were booked for the holiday, just unprofessional.
And it wasn't exactly cheap.
